Scratch Desserts is an artisan 0n-farm bakery making European style desserts with a Northwest flair. We use the finest quality ingredients available, including eggs and fruit from our small farm, organic sugar, milk and cream from Twin Brooks Creamery and flour grown in WA by Shepherd’s Grain Co-op.
